MOONBOOT SPECIAL
By Luc Billières
For 20 years, French artist Luc Billières has taken his followers on a journey through space. In this instance he has revisited humans’ first steps with this mural sculpture, depicting a fresh interpretation of THE iconic shot of Buzz Aldrin’s bootprint on the lunar surface in 1969. This interpretation more normalises walking on the moon rather than symbolising man’s first step on the lunar surface.
